*** MADE IN THE USA, 2 weeks to deliver.***    With a broader nose and overall width, this board is meant for surf in the knee to a couple feet overhead.  With a rounded pin tail it provides plenty of hold on hollower surf.  With a little extra foam then your shortboard, you can get into waves quicker.  Ride 2-4" shorter then standard shortboard.
